Do you offer local pickup?
We do not offer local pickup. Shipping is available Canada wide and rates are calculated via Canada Post.
Do you have a storefront location?
Not yet, but one day we would love to have one!
What if I would like to return some items?
Glow Body products can be returned within 14 days of arrival unopened. If proof of allergic reactions or intolerances are provided opened products will be returned for a full refund.
I am lactose intolerant, can I drink Glow Protein?
Our protein is a whey isolate that has been seen to contain less lactose than conventional dairy products. We suggest consulting with your doctor or purchasing a sample pack before buying a full bag.
What if I am not home when my package comes?
Canada Post will deliver packages according to their policies. If you are unable to receive your package it will be left in an appropriate area for your collection. Glow Body is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
Can I cancel my subscription for monthly delivery of Glow Protein?
Absolutely! It is a no commitment subscription so as long as you cancel before you are charged for the next bag we can do that for you. Just send over an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
