Glow Body products can be returned within 14 days of arrival unopened at the buyers expense. If proof of allergic reactions or intolerances are provided opened products will be returned for a full refund.

Canada Post, UPS and Purolator will deliver packages according to their policies. If you are unable to receive your package it will be left in an appropriate area for your collection. Glow Body is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

Our subscribe and save program helps you keep your Glow supply in stock and save! You can cancel at any time and choose how frequently you would like to receive your product.

You can do so through your subscription portal or email us! You can also skip an order or move the date you want it to go through.

Once subscriptions are created we can not edit the shipping address.
