Do you offer Local Pickup
Yes! In Calgary only at our warehouse! The address is 4121 23b ST NE. Pickup hours are M-F 8am-4pm.
Can I return items?
Glow Body products can be returned within 14 days of arrival unopened at the buyers expense. If proof of allergic reactions or intolerances are provided opened products will be returned for a full refund.
What if I am not home when my package comes?
Canada Post, UPS and Purolator will deliver packages according to their policies. If you are unable to receive your package it will be left in an appropriate area for your collection. Glow Body is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
