Healthy Snickers Bar Recipe

Whether you're seeking a satisfying post-workout snack, a midday pick-me-up, or an after-dinner delight, this Healthy Snickers bar will have your taste buds dancing! This recipe is made from whole food ingredients such as dates, peanut butter and dark chocolate. I've swapped out refined sugars for the wholesome sweetness of dates and the chocolate goodness of our Glow Protein. Word on the street is that these taste just like the real thing if not better!

Make Em:

200g pitted medjool dates
60g peanut butter
2 scoops Chocolate Glow Protein
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp warm water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pink sea salt

1/3 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Dark chocolate for dipping

In a food processor, blend all the filling ingredients until a smooth dough like consistency is formed. Next, fold in the chopped peanuts.

Shape into mini bricks and place in the fridge.

While they set, melt your chocolate in a saucepan on low until silky.

Dip each bar in chocolate and place on parchment paper. Let them harden in the fridge or freezer.

Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
