#WANT… that is the only hashtag to use when describing these bars. Full of creamy cashew butter and sweet coconut flour these bars will make all your high fat, low sugar dessert dreams come true!

Cashew Butter Dream Bars:
3/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp raw local honey
20g dark chocolate cup
crushed cashew pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a small brownie dish with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients until a smooth dough is formed. Scoop the mixture in the baking dish and evenly spread it out. Sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate and cashews. Using the palm of your hand to gently press the toppings into the base to ensure they don’t fall off. Bake for 20 min or until the edges are golden and it is cooked through. Let cool before cutting, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
